Charlie Terreni represents clients before South Carolina’s Public Service Commission in many matters including electricity, gas, water and wastewater, telecommunications, and transportation cases. He has tried many cases before the Commission.
He also represents electric cooperatives. Terreni served as Chief Clerk and Administrator of the South Carolina Public Service Commission from November of 2004 to February of 2010.

Electric Cooperatives
The firm does extensive work in matters involving energy efficiency programs for electric cooperatives including financing applications under the USDA’s Rural Economic Development Program (REDLG) and the Rural Energy Savings Program.
