Public Utility Law

Charlie Terreni represents clients before South Carolina's Public Service Commission in a variety of matters including rate cases, rule to show cause proceedings, applications for certificates of public convenience and necessity, and applications for Eligible Telecommunications Carrier designation. He has also worked on issues such as net metering, distributed energy, and energy efficiency programs. Terreni also served as Chief Clerk and Administrator of the South Carolina Public Service Commission from November of 2004 to February of 2010.
