Mediation
Charlie completed the SC Bar’s 40-hour Civil Court Mediation Training Program on August 25, 2014 and served on the Circuit Court’s roster of Mediators from 2014 through 2019. He is available to mediate civil disputes including ones involving public utilities and FINRA complaints.
Arbitration
Charlie is a SC Bar Certified Circuit Court Arbitrator and a member of the SC Bar’s Resolution of Fee Disputes Board for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. He also serves as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is eligible to chair its arbitration panels and has been a hearing officer for a state agency. He has also represented clients in various arbitration forums including a class arbitration case.
